This plug & play unit can chill the water to a minimum temperature of 3C. The unit can also heat your water up to 40C. It maintains the temperature you desire, not having to worry about measuring the temperature!

The temperature can be easily set using wifi to ensure a consistent temperature.

Our set is portable and can be used wherever desired. The chillers should not be left outside below -10C, if not followed this voids the warranty.

Our unit uses standard electrical - 110V - 6 amps within North America. Outside of this region, it is customized to your region.

Inflate your tub with the pump provided and fill it with a garden hose (set up for internal and external use). Connect your hoses to the tub and chiller and maintain your desired water temperature. It can be used outside to roughly -10C/14F.

Due to our filter, the water should maintain cleanliness for up to 45 days depending on use. For optimal usage, replace the filter once a month. Drain the old water onto your lawn or toward the nearest drain. Daily plunging would require a more detailed analysis of the filter and your water quality.

Studies show that the optimal amount of time spent cold plunging, should be around 11 minutes per week, split into 2-3 minute sessions. This has an incredible impact on your overall mindset, assist with recovery, inflammation and boost your metabolism.

While setting up your chiller to the optimal temperature, it is important to get in the right head space while prepping to do so.
