Due to the nature of our business, all sales are final, but we do offer support in case of defects or damages to your order.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer
  • Non-defective items
  • Damaged or Defective Items

  • Clear photos/videos of the damage

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, as we process orders quickly. Once an order is processed, it cannot be canceled.

Customer Responsibility

Ensure your shipping address is correct before placing an order.

If an incorrect address is provided, we are not responsible for lost or undelivered items.

Warranty & Support
