Products are eligible for return 30 days from when you receive your order. In order to successfully complete your return, the item must be in the same condition you received it, with its original packaging. Please also attach proof of purchase to support@baridi.ca.
Once we have assessed and confirmed your order is eligible for return, We will provide you with a return label with further instructions how to complete your return. Orders sent back without the return being accepted by support will not be reimbursed. All returns are subject to a 30% restocking and handling fee which means that you will be refunded 70% of the price paid after your return has been completed. Please note that your refund should be posted back to your original form of payment 10-15 days after your return is completed.
